ParticipantI don’t know how to describe this any other way, so forum searches aren’t helping.
When a user clicks on the sign-in dialogue, a list of all the users is displayed. Their password is ****’s but by clicking on the username, it allows entry.
I’ve tested this on an incognito browser, and I’m not logged in anywhere.
How do I stop this list from being displayed?https://ltcwclessons.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/Screen-Shot-2022-01-02-at-9.12.40-AM.png

ParticipantAs I said, the problem I have is that all the users are displayed, with their passwords as *’s on login.
I don’t want this to appear. When a user clicks on the sign-in dialogue, a list of all the users is displayed. Their password is ****’s but by clicking on the username, it allows entry.
I’ve tested this on an incognito browser, and I’m not logged in anywhere.
How do I stop this list from being displayed?I looked at the documentation for the plugin you suggest and I don’t see anywhere that it pertains to this problem. Perhaps I’m not reading it correctly?

ModeratorHi, I think this might have something to do with a cache problem. Do you run a cache plugin in your site? Or does your server run any cache system?
Regards.

ParticipantI don’t have any caching plugins in the site, and it’s been in two different hosts, — the current one says this isn’t a cache problem.

ParticipantThis is a live membership site. This trouble shooting could shut down the site, could it not? Rebuilding the site is not a viable option. The plug-ins and theme are integral parts of this site.
Is there no other option?January 5, 2022 at 4:12 pm #23453lindaje
ParticipantIf I disable all the plugins, how will I test this as one of the plugins is Simple Membership?
January 5, 2022 at 5:53 pm #23455lindaje
ParticipantI disabled all the plugins except simple membership.
I changed the theme.
Problem persists.January 6, 2022 at 2:21 am #23457mbrsolution
ModeratorHi, I have submitted a message to the plugin developers to investigate further your issue.
Kind regards.

KeymasterThat looks to be coming from your browser’s password remembering system. That does not come from our plugin. That plugin doesn’t have any capability to do that.
Empty your browser’s cache and tell it to forget all the stored password then check it. Alternatively, you can download a completely different browser (example: Firefox or Chrome) and test the page with that browser.
