Can you clarify the above and maybe provide an example of what you are trying to achieve?

    Thank you

    HI

Thanks for the reply, we are currently building a new website and are using the simple membership plugin set for free membership, if accepted by us, and also to protect members only content.

This bit works great, we are a charity and charge a membership fee to join our charity handled by a different website.

What we would like to be able to do, by installing the expiory email notification add on plugin is set a membership expiory email notification using the membership date of the individual person who has paid to join our charity.

Is this do able through this add on plugin ?

Hi, there are 3 methods that can be applied to the email settings in the addon.

Method 1: Email Notification Sent the Day After a Members Account has Expired

Method 2: Email Notification Sent ‘X’ Amount of Days After a Members Account has Expired

Method 3: Email Notification Sent ‘X’ Amount of Days Prior to Member Expiry

The above applies to all membership accounts.

    Kind regards

I don’t believe that addon will be a full solution for you.

The expiry condition is handled via the membership level. That’s how our plugin works:
    https://simple-membership-plugin.com/adding-membership-access-levels-site/

You can edit an individual member’s profile and adjust the “access start date” to manually adjust the expiry condition a little bit. If you fully read the following post, it maybe helpful for you to understand how that works:
    https://simple-membership-plugin.com/manually-activating-expired-members-account/

It is likely that you will need to use a different plugin that offers the kind of expiry condition that you are looking for.
