I have problems with the creation of accounts with the WP Membership plugin.
When I import my CSV file with 4 accounts to create in the “Member Bulk Import” of WP Membership:
– The first name in my file works fine, his account is created in “Subscribers”, he receives an email with his login infos and then has no trouble connecting to the blocked pages;
– The second name of my file, his account is created in “Subscribers”, he does not receive an email with his login infos and he cannot connect;
– The third and fourth name in my file, their account is not created in “Subscribers” and therefore impossible to connect.
I’ve been trying to get this to work for several hours now, but without success.
Thank you,
Hi, did you follow the following instructions?
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/simple-membership-bulk-import-member-data-csv-file/
Thank you
Thanks for your answer.
What I did is : export an Excel file form my member database, change each column with the required fields and export my file in CSV to have a file like that :
user_name,first_name,last_name,email,membership_level,account_state
partenariats@apdiq.com,Guillaume,Bambina,partenariats@apdiq.com,2,Active
communication@apdiq.com,Julien,Betton,communication@apdiq.com,2,Active
Am I doing something wrong ?
Hi, make sure you use the csv template file you downloaded as a guide. To make sue the temple file works, import the sample data only and then check to make sure it has imported correctly.
Let me know if the above information helps you.
