ParticipantHi all,
I’m trying to translate the form and login message to Japanese. I have updated the simple-membership-ja.po file, but the form and messages are still displayed in English.
What I did
I have updated the simple-membership-ja.po file using Loco Translate Plugin. The file is correctly updated.

However, the interface is still in English.

Relocated the file to languages/plugins/simple-membership-ja.po, but nothing happened.
Removed cache and cookie.
Confirmed the WordPress language setting is in Japanese

Synced the simple-membership-ja.po file to reflect the latest simple-membership.pot file updates.
Confirmed that some internal interface was translated to Japanese, but updating the simple-membership-ja.po file doesn’t change internal interface translation as well.

ModeratorHi, thank you for contacting us. Before we can go any further please carry out the following troubleshooting steps.
Once you have completed the above, please carry out the following steps:
First create a backup of your site just in case something goes wrong. One the back up has been created, deactivate and delete our plugin. Then install a fresh new copy and activate it. Then check to see if the plugin is translated into Japanese.
Let me know how you go.
Thank you
