    All of a sudden, I can no longer see my Members in the plugin’s Member tab. That screen is totally blank even though I can see them when I view my site’s database through my host. Any idea why it’s no longer visible in the plugin?

    Tried deactivating all plugins. Still can’t see populated member list. What should I try next?

    I could see the populated member list earlier then it simply disappeared.

    Hi, lets try the following.

    Deactivate and reactivate the plugin. Then check to see if you can see your members list. If this does not work, deactivate and delete the plugin. Install a fresh new copy of Simple Membership plugin. Then carry out another test.

    I deactivated then reactivated the plugin but still cannot see the members list. If I delete it, won’t it delete all my users and data? I don’t want to start over with this after having already spend numerous hours setting it up. Is there another solution? My members are still having trouble logging into my site as well.

    Hi, you don’t loose your data when you delete the plugin. But just to be on the safe side, create a full backup before you delete the plugin.

    I deactivated then deleted the plugin. Then I reinstalled it. I still cannot see my Members. Please advise.

    Yes, but you have offered me no solution. I need to be able to view my Members with the Members tab of the plugin. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a setting I need to change?

    That is correct, I have not offered a solution because your issues is challenging and beyond the support I can offer here. Please submit the contact form as I requested in the other support ticket. Both issues need to be checked by the developers.

    It turns out this was a storage issue with WordPress. My hosting company, GoDaddy, was able to resolve it for me.
