I’ve created a Stripe subscription payment button per the instructions. When I place the button shortcode on a page, it the button doesn’t appear.
Please help
Hi, do you see any error messages? Can you share the shortcode you are using?
No error messages, just shows nothing at all.
The shortcode is [swpm_payment_button id=1363]
Hi, just to confirm with you. Is your site secured? Another words is it using an SSL certificate?
Regards
Yes, I have an SSL
Are you pasting the shorcode via the Visual or the Text editor? Can you share the registration page with the shorcode.
Thank you
I tried it both ways.

Just looked at log files and found this:
[09/24/2018 12:05 PM] – SUCCESS: Stripe Subscription IPN received. Processing request…
[09/24/2018 12:05 PM] – FAILURE: Fatal Error! Failed to retrieve the payment button post object for the given button ID: 0
Not sure if that helps anything
Hi, lets try the following first.
Can you carry out the following troubleshooting tips. Then carry out the following.
I also notice a few error messages when I used Web Developer in Firefox. The URL you shared above is not secured. You might also want to double check the button ID, is it correct. Is your Stripe credentials also correct?
Let me know how you go.
Regards
