WordPress Membership Plugin
Simple Membership Plugin › Forums › Simple Membership Plugin › E-mails are not sent when i import users
Hello,
I will always add my members manually using the admin. When i add a member from the admim, there is no problems and the email is sent to the member. (with infos, login, password etc.).
But sometimes i need to import a list of 10 / 50 new members. I cant do it one by one… so i import a CSV to WP user to WP Simple Membership. Members are well created but there is no emails sent.
Can you help me ?
Regards,
Sebastien
You can go to the Member page and select the new members you want to email. Then click on bulk actions and select “Set status to Active and Notify”.
Thank you, i will test it.
Ok, its a good way for sending E-mails but datas like : {first_name} {last_name} {username} {password} are not displayed in the e-mail. Ive personalized the message with theses tags unfortunately remains like “{first_name}”.
Any idea ?
Thanks,
Regards,
Sébastien
@Gathero, are you still having issues with this?
This addon will allow you to check an option to send notification email to the members after you import them:
