ModeratorHi, the issue is related to your theme.
Your best solution is to read the following documentation. This should help you.
Let me know if you need more information or help.
Kind regards

ParticipantOne of my sites did that. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Not sure why it worked the 2nd time…

ParticipantI need more help. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck.
I am unfortunately not a php or css guy. I see the files that are mentioned in the documentation but I have no idea what to change.
Any advice?
Thanks!

ModeratorHi @LumpGulchDesign, just to verify that it is your theme causing this issue. Can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Sixteen or Seventeen. This will reveal what I am saying. You might need to get in contact with your theme developers for help.
Kind regards

ParticipantI just discovered that when I added the widget to one of my sites, I’m getting the same effect. Leads me to think it is probably theme related.

ParticipantHowever, I just changed the width of the sidebar and that seems to be having a positive effect.
.wrap { max-width: xxxx px; } . (put in the desired number for xxxx)

ParticipantIgnore the above post. I tried to delete it.
I have tried changing my ‘problem’ site to various built-in themes and the result is the same. The widget vertically over-spaces the text. It looks like it is in plain text rather than formatted. The front page login widget is shifted to the right. Once logged in, the sidebar member content is properly centered, but it still appears to be in plain text and the vertical spacing is way off.

ParticipantI tried switching to Twenty Sixteen and things are still not right. Same as arizonanorse i’m thinking. I’ll leave it for a while so everyone can see it:
