InactiveI am having a range of issues with the login and would love if someone could help.
These include:
1. Some users trying to log in and getting a message that says Error : This action is currently not allowed.
2. People reporting that they simply can’t get logged in and I have to reset their password and they have to log out and log back in and then it works. Just generally very unstable.I have paid for the premium support but to be honest, that is not helping much.
Can anyone please advise how I can stablise the login procedure and overcome issue 1.
I am at my wits end and so many customers are asking for refunds it is now becoming embarrassing. Please help.

InactiveHi – unfortunately I can’t trigger a particular problem so I can’t see if any actions I take helps or resolves the issue, therefore deactivating plugins is not going to let me be able to assess general stability.
I was thinking of using a cache plugin. Do you think that may help users? I understand it may produce faster site for non-logged in users, but is this likely to provide any more stability? I don’t want to do a scattergun, try everything approach and I would rather have some logic first.
Thanks

ModeratorHi, a cache plugin is not going to help you with your current issue. First we need to find out why are some users having login issues. That is why I recommended the above steps for you try first. Sometimes plugins or a theme can cause conflicts with this plugin. You might have a security plugin preventing this for some users.
In regards to the error message below it does not say much. This error message could be related to a browser security feature or something else. And because this is only happening to some users it becomes more challenging to find out why.
Error : This action is currently not allowed.
You might like to check your server log files to see if there is more light in regards to the above error. Another action you can take is Enable Debug mode in the plugin. Next time someone report this check the log files to see if anything shows up. And most import if you can, try to find out what browser they are using? Are they paid members or free members. Is their account expired or current?
I hope the above shares some positive steps for you to take.
Kind regards
