    Hi,

    I have setup the plugin Simple Membership Google Recaptcha as per instruction and it was successfully implemented on a test site. However, on the live site, with same plugins and themes, I keep getting the error “Captcha validation failed on login form.”

    On the server site, I checked that the “allow_url_fopen = On” in the php.ini file, which I read might cause an issue with recaptcha, but that didn’t solve the issue. Are there other parameters on the server site that I should look out for that might prevent the validation?

    Any help will be great.

    Hi, do you have a cache plugin installed in your site? If you do have a cache plugin, have you excluded the registration pages from being cached?

    Hi, thanks for the reply. I do not have a cache plugin on the site. Are there anything else on the server side which I should be looking out for?

    Hi Guys…
    I am getting the same problem…“Captcha validation failed on the registration form.” without having a cache plugin in my website. The login form apparently does not have the issue.
    Could you share the solution…please.

    Hi…
    After deactivating all plugins and testing just the Simple Membership Google recaptcha Plugin (ruling out plugin conflict), the same problem remain… getting the message: “Captcha validation failed on the registration form”, which it is very confusing for a new member.
    Definitely, there is an issue with the plugin. I highly appreciate if you guys can have a look.
