    Hello!

    I had just a few questions I need help with.

    So, Im running a Membership site that is 9.99/month for full membership and there is a free membership as well.

    I started it about a month ago today (May 23rd 2017), Under the Full membership, I had it set to EXPIRE in 1 month, thinking that that was what i wanted with monthly memberships. If they didnt pay, then i wanted them to expire.

    What I noticed yesterday however is that accounts were expiring about 2 days earlier than they should! And then when I would try and activate them, they would go back to expiring when signing in.

    After reading the support forum stuff, it seems like I maybe should have the NO EXPIRING on for the monthly membership?

    It sounded like that if the Paypal was cancelled, then their membership would be cancelled as well. I had someone cancel their paypal today but they are still active?!?!

    I’m just very confused. So if you can help me get my settings right or what I should do, please let me know.

    I would like the FULL MEMBERS that are paying 9.99/month, to expire and get what they’ve paid for, even if they cancel early (ie, if they pay a month and then cancel right away, they would still get their whole month of the membership). Is there any way to do this? When someone cancels their paypal payments, how long do they still have? Do they go expired? It doesn’t seem like that is the case.

    Yes this is a duplicate! I wasn’t sure before if the wifi/internet was good in my location and it seemed to have a problem sending. THANKS!!
