Hi, I had a look at the URL you provided above. From what I could work out in the source code you are currently using a Login widget? Is that correct?

If you are using a login widget, I carried out a test in my testing platform and I could not replicate your issue. Another words it is working well for me. The Login widget has the correct Forgot Password link and also the Join Us link.

Can you test a different theme just for testing purposes. One of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fourteen or Fifteen? If that does not solve your issue can you disable all your other plugins and carry out a test still using one of WordPress default themes.

Hi, are you saying that the content of the page has a shortcode? Can you carry out the following test. Can you remove the shortcode and simply add some text, then protect the content. Let me know what happens.

Try the following can you recreate that page again. What I mean is copy the whole content to another new page. Then try to protect that new page? If that works then delete the old page. Sometimes pages or posts become corrupted.

Are you using a custom template on that page?

Clear your browser cache and also if you have a cache plugin you also delete the cache.

Hi, currently that is how the plugin is set up. If someone forgets their password all they have to do is reset their password.
