Translation issue

Hi

I set my WordPress to French Canada then the plugi seems to be translate correctly except for an access to page when I’m not log: See below

I used the plugin :

Simple WordPress Membership
Version 4.3.4

Any clue for me ?

I want to translate the words “Username or Email” in the login form.
I want to display them in the local language of my site, not in English.
How can this be done?

Also, I want to translate the “Log In” button.
And the question: “Fordot Password”.
How can this be done?
