Theme integration?

Hi…I plan to buy the add-on and am getting the simple (free) to work first.

Please see this page I created to test all the links with the free plugin. You will see that some links pick up the theme and others (login and few others) do not.

a) Not sure why that is?
b) Also the responses are not sitting/fromatting well on my website…e.g. confirmations etc. are way top left on the screen etc. How do I format these better? Hope this does not require lots of coding???
