ParticipantHello,
The translation in french i’v made didn’t work, even if i followed the documentation. Should the fr_FR.po/fr_FR/mo file move to another place ?
Thanks in advanceAugust 4, 2014 at 12:48 am #122admin
KeymasterI think the filename you gave to those files were slightly wrong.
At the moment the file name is like the following:
swpm-fr-FR.mo
Change it to the following (the “dash” becomes an “underscore”) and let me know if that helps:
swpm-fr_FR.mo

ParticipantHi I want to be able to show part of a post to non-members and then only members can click and see the rest of the post. How do I do this? I need to do it asap. I have set up membership type as free membership so just need to add some code to make part of a post show. I found this for another membership plugin and wondered if I could do a similar thing with this one? http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-membership/how-to-protect-a-section-of-a-post-or-page-88

ParticipantFunny, I just asked a similar question Swooler. Hopefully, I can get an answer, and that answer will help someone else. It is apparent that this is an issue.

Participant1-A couple of the pages that were built and automatically uploaded to me when I installed Simple Membership got deleted by accident. I have looked around my downloads folder and the only thing that is visible is the little instruction file that came with the install. I deactivated, deleted, and then re-installed simple Membership a couple of times thinking they (the pages) would load again to try and get them back with no luck. What I am looking for is the login icon/tile, whatever its called so I can finish building my login page.
2-I thought I read something about your sandbox to test the system once I am done configuring. I’m pretty sure I am good with pay pal but I would like to test how the login, password part works. Is there any documentation somewhere explaining that process?

KeymasterThe following documentation has info on how to recreate the member registration and login pages:

ParticipantPerfect! Thanks for the pages! Are there more support pages somewhere? Now… How do I test it with out subscribing to my website my self… without sending money to pay pal? I clicked the option for sandbox payment testing… how do I activate that?

ParticipantSome of the pages are clearly not falling into their assigned privacy settings, its intermittent. Usually, its the first photo set on the page but not always. At first, I thought I had not checked the appropriate box (s) and/or not updated the page before moving on but that isn’t the case. Sometimes I get a blank IE page saying nothing is available and sometimes I get a prompt to log in again so I will move on and check the next page and then return to the suspect page and it will work just fine. Is this a problem with word press or the plug in? I deactivated Simple Membership and reverted to the word press privacy settings for now. Its probably something simple but I had to take the site down until I can trust it. Anyone have any thoughts?
