Pages and categories are not protecting.

Hello,
I have installed everything and read through all of the documentation. Everything seems to be in order. However, none of my content is being protected. I have tried different browsers, computers etc etc. And I get the same result.

How can I troubleshoot this and get it working.

Hi, I just tested one of your links [http://www.ourtristarhomes.com/floor-plans/] and it is protected in my browser.

Are you viewing your site while you are logged in and using the same browser?

Hello and thanks for your help. No I am viewing it through a different browser and not logged in. I have both the “Floor Plans” page protected and each “Portfolio” protected. The pictures and floor plan flyer are the info that I want to protect. On my end it is not protected. Not sure what to do.

Have you got some cache plugin in use?
I confirm what mbrsolution said: pages are protected on my end as well…
