    form loads normally on the desktop view
    on mobile it shows this

    Hi, I just checked your URL above in my mobile phone running Android OS and it displays the login widget and not the shortcode. Can you make sure you clear your browser cache in your mobile device. Also, what mobile device did you use to check your URL?
