Hello! Where can I find membership bills? Does the customer receive the invoices?

Contrary to popular belief; what you are asking about is a receipt.   An invoice is a demand for payment,  presented to a customer, before goods or services are received. A receipt is presented to a customer after payment for goods or services is received. A bill is like an invoice, but is presented in cases where goods or services are received before they are paid for.

1. Amazon generates invoices , because your payment method is not charged until the order actually ships.
    
2. Grocery stores generate receipts,  after you pay for your groceries.
    
3. Hotels generate bills,  when you checkout.
    

Because payments are processed by the payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, et al), the email sent by the payment gateway is the receipt.
