Issues with the Redirect after login Add-on

I am following all the steps of the add on as it says in this page:
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/configure-login-redirection-members/

but I am still getting a message and not redirecting to the page I assigned in the membership level. This is the message that I get:

“The admin of this site does not allow users to access the wp dashboard.
Go back to the home page by clicking here.”

Do you have any solutions to this topic?

thanks for the answer but unfortunately it didn’t help.

The thing is that the add-on is not redirecting to the page I put after login and i don`t know what to do. I tried with another plugins that its supposed to do the same as clean login or peters login redirect but is still not redirecting to the page.

Do you know what I need to do?

Hi, the reason why I shared that documentation was to point out what features you can enable in the plugin that would produce the following message.

“The admin of this site does not allow users to access the wp dashboard.

Do you have any other addons for Simple Membership plugin installed apart from the redirect addon? Can you disable all other plugins except Simple Membership and the redirect addon. Then can you carry out another test.
