Tagged: Reset Password
Hi,
There is an illogical behavior in the password reset process (with the “Enable Password Reset Using Link” option selected). When a new user has not yet completed their registration and tries to reset their (empty) password, they still receive the password reset email, but with an empty link.
Is there a way to prevent sending the reset (empty) password email in advance and instead display a message on the reset page informing the user that the reset is not possible because their registration is incomplete (ideally with a customizable message)?
I will refer this to the developer.
Thank you. We will add a condition in the code to tackle this.
Thank you, I look forward to the next version with interest!
The new version with a fix for this has been released.
Thanks!
