Simple Membership ConvertKit Integration Addon

You can automatically signup your members to a sequence in your ConvertKit account using this addon.

How Does This Integration Work?

When a user completes the membership registration process on your website, their email address is automatically added to the list that you specify.

  • A user visits your site and registers for a membership account.
  • The member’s email address is added to the list.
  • At a later time, you have the option to send email campaign messages to this user.

Installing the ConvertKit Addon

  1. Click on the Add New menu under the plugins interface.
  2. Click on the the Upload Plugin button to go to the upload tab.
  3. Upload the swpm-convertkit-integration.zip file.
  4. Hit the Install Now button and then activate the addon.

Using the ConvertKit Integration Addon

Step 1 (Go to Settings Interface)

Click on the ConvertKit menu from the simple membership plugin’s admin interface.

Step 2 (Enter your ConvertKit API details)

Enter your ConvertKit API key in the “ConvertKit API Key” field and save the settings. You can find the API key in your ConverKit account.

Step 3 (Specify ConvertKit Sequence)

Now, you can specify your ConvertKit sequence name by going to the following interface of the plugin:

WP Membership -> Membership Levels

When adding or editing a membership access level, you can specify a sequence name in the ConvertKit Sequence Name field.

Now, when your members register for an account, they will be added to the ConvertKit sequence you specified in the membership level configuration.
