Join Now Button redirects to other site

Hello – I have been using the Simple Membership Plugin on a number of sites and really enjoy how easy it is to work with. However, I have recently run into a bit of an issue. I had the plugin installed on one site, and was making two additional sites that are very similar so I had imported a large portion of the initial site to these two. I noticed that on my ‘Join Now’ page for these two new sites the generic Join Now button does not link to the appropriate Registration page, it links back to the Registration page of the first site. I went into my Settings and the Registration page is set to the correct URL. I went into my File Editor to see if there was anything I could change in the PHP files but did not see anything I could edit to change the URL. When I go to edit the page itself it is just the [swpm_registration_form] shortcode. I was wondering if anyone knew how to edit the ‘Join Now’ button specifically so I can change the URL to the correct Registration page? Thank you for your time, any help is greatly appreciated.
