    Hello.

    My membership is set up to charge people $15/month.

    However, when people cancel their payments it makes their accounts become inactive. I want members to have access to my content for 1 month after their purchase regardless of canceling the payment.

    Is the setting Im looking for under Access Duration under Membership Levels?

    Does “expire after 1 month” mean their account will have full access for a month, but also recurring members have their account for each month they make a payment?

    Hi, currently the plugin is set up so when an account expires or the member does not make a renewed payment the account will become inactive. The members are then allowed to log in to renew their account provided you have enabled that feature in the plugin.

    There is no 30 days extension currently available in the plugin. There is only a trial period for subscription payments.
