Hello. We have a few hundred members. All of a sudden, we are getting tons of calls saying that when the member logs in it does not go to the members page. Instead it reverts back to the page that says “you need to login to view this content.” Any advice or suggestions?

Hi, can you carry out a test. Can you login as a member just to see what happens. Can you also enable Debug mode before you go ahead with the test. Then after you have carried out this test can you check the log file.

I did as you asked. I was still unable to login – actually I may have been logged in but it did not redirect me to the members page – only to a blank page. I am attaching 2 screenshots – 1 of the blank screen and the other of the log file. Thank you for your reply. I appreciate it very much. Pleas let me know what to do from here.
I may have solved this problem. The website this plug in is installed on is FearlessAgent.com. The URL is https://fearlessagent.com
The redirect address I had in the redirect field was http://www.fearlessagent.com/members (not https)
I changed it to https://fearlessagent.com/members (dropping the www and adding the s after http)
I then logged in again and it redirected properly. I’m assuming this was the problem. I will keep monitoring with members and will report back if this doesn’t fix the problem for others.
