ParticipantI’ve been using SWPM for a while with no problems. I updated the core plugin to the latest version a day ago, and now the ‘Members’ screen in the plugin admin section displays a blank page. Has anyone else had this problem?

ParticipantI just reported this same problem, glad I’m not the only one.

ParticipantIt’s a pretty serious problem because it means I can’t manage the membership at all!
I haven’t changed anything else, so it must be the update.

ModeratorHi, this could be related to a memory issue. Can you check with your host to find out how much memory is allocated to your website?
Thank you

ParticipantMy PHP core has 64M. Not sure what the memory is for the website package itself is, however I run more resource intensive things than this plugin without issue, and it worked fine until the recent update. Something must have changed.

ModeratorHi, 64M is not enough to run a WordPress website. Your minimum should be 128M but you will find that everyone recommends 256M. Please ask your host to increase your memory to 256M if possible.

ParticipantI will check with this host tomorrow to see what the score is, however it remains the case that our site has been running fine with SWPM until this most recent update, and we have changed absolutely nothing else other than upgrading the core SWPM plugin. How could that create memory issues?

ParticipantI have increased memory to 128MB. The page remains blank when you try to access it.

ModeratorHi do you have a cache plugin? If you do clear your cache and also the browser cache and try again. If this does not work try an increase your memory to 256M.

ParticipantI don’t have a cache plugin. Clearing the browser cache does nothing, nor does raising the memory yet further.

ModeratorOkay, maybe the update has affected one of your plugins. Can you disable all of your plugins then carry out a test. Let me know how you go.

ParticipantNo change. Doesn’t work even when it’s the only plugin enabled.
