Tagged: billing cycle, expiry date
I was having an issue of memberships expiring before their payment was processed by PayPal. It was suggested that I add a few days to the expiry date, which I did in Membership Levels.
I set the one month subscriptions for 33 days, but with the billing cycle (Manage Payment Buttons) of 1 month.
I am now noticing that my member’s payments are coming every 33 days instead of every month.
How do I address this? I want the payments to be made on the same day of every month, but I don’t want to take a chance of them expiring because PayPal put through the request a few hours earlier.
Update: I just noticed that both of these payments are from membership who have upgraded. I created payment buttons for upgrades but just used the same membership levels. I will add upgrade levels and see if that works.
If I could delete this post I would but there is no option for that. Sorry.
No problem, let us know if your solution works for you.
Regards
I haven’t added the extra membership levels because after thinking about it, it is really the same thing either way. This is the first time it has happened that I have had two payments come in at 33 days instead of one month. I wonder if it might just be a glitch. I’ll wait and see if it happens again.
