ParticipantI am using the free version of Simple Membership and the redirect plugin nog for about a month on my website. I do not use the payment option for the membership.
There are 111 members using the login on the website.
The last week and a half I get every day a message from every time a different member that they have login problems of cannot read the redirected page. They could login before and had no problems, but all of a sudden they cannot login any longer. The strangest thing is when I login with the login details of this member I have no problems and after that I have logged in the member can login again. I allready have now 20 different users that have reported the problem.
What is changed or what can I do to solve this? Please help..!

ModeratorHi Miranda, please enable Debug mode and check the log file next time someone reports this issue.
Do you have a cache plugin installed? What changed in your site prior to this issue happening?
In regards to the following question.
They could login before and had no problems, but all of a sudden they cannot login any longer.
Can you ask them what changed in their end? If they were able to login before, why are they having this issue now?
Regards

ParticipantHi,
The strangest thing is that nothing is changed since I have installed the plugin. But still I get the messages from customers. Today again and every time it is someone else.
How do I enable the debug mode?
There is no cache plugin, should I install one?“Regularly I get the notice that I should login before I can read the pages. Today I cannot get in at all, although I have entered my password again.”

ModeratorHi, to enable Debug mode go to Settings and navigate towards the bottom of the page. There you will see the option to enable Debug mode. Once you have enable debug you will be able to check the log files next time someone reports an issue.
I suspect that your customers having this issue might be doing something wrong in their end. Next time it happens to one of them ask them to delete the browser cache and try again.
Can you provide a list off the plugins installed in your site?
Regards

ParticipantHi,
Ok, debug is activated.Today i got this email from a customer:
Sometimes I go to the site through the message on Facebook, most of the time I go directly to the site. I read the website every day. I can only read when I am logged in. I have checked remember me, but still I have to fill in the login again. Sometimes several times before I can read the text. I use Firefox and my anti virus is McAfee.Plugin list:

ModeratorHi, have you set up WP Super Cache to exclude your members pages? For example login and registration pages?
