    When I log into the site and choose “Profile” I get the following error:

    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/dflores6073/public_html/mergercapitalmanagement.com/main_pages/wp-content/plugins/swpm-form-builder/includes/form-output.php on line 57

    could someone please help me resolve this issue

    I have tried to uninstall plugin and reinstall it and still get the same error

    did you create profile type form for user’s membership level?

    under “Simple WP Membership::Membership Levels” there is one level “Free” which has been created. is this the profile type form you are referring to?
