I had this working until we made the site live, and now of course, it’s not. When a member is logged in and tries to go to a Protected page, they get the message that they need to login to view this content. If you click on Login, it takes you to the login page populated with the info about that member showing that they are indeed registered and active.

I have tried logging out, clearing cookies and cache, resetting permalinks.
Membership is free.
There is only one protected page. No posts, just a page.
On that page I have selected to protect the page and to allow our one membership level to access it.
Help!
I turned off content protection for the page, saved it, and then turned it back on and now it is working.
Hi, I am glad you solved your issue very quickly 🙂
