This premium addon can be used to export all the members profile and payments data from the Simple Membership plugin to a CSV/Excel file.
The exported CSV file can be opened with an Excel program to view it and make any changes to the exported data.
The following screenshot shows an example of how the exported CSV data looks like.
Note: the primary purpose of the Data Exporter addon is to export all member and membership level data to a human-readable file for administrative tasks. The exported file is not designed for use in an import process.
Installing the Addon
- Click on the “Add New” menu under the plugins interface.
- Click on the the “Upload Plugin” button to go to the upload tab.
- Upload the swpm-data-exporter.zip file
- Hit the “Install Now” button and then activate the addon
Using the Data Exporter Addon
In order to use the addon, go to the “Data Exporter” link from the simple membership admin dashboard menu.
The “Export Member Data” tab lets you export all or a selective group of members profile data.
To export all the data, keep the default selections and hit the “Export Data” button. It will export the data to a CSV file and show you a prompt to download the file.
The “Export Level Data” tab allows you to export all your existing membership level’s data.
The “Export Payment Data” tab lets you export all the membership payments data.
