On the login page when you click on the “Forgot Password” link it then shows “not logged in” anyone know how to correct this.

I am sorry when I click on the “Forgot Password” it goes to the “Reset Password” page with the message “You are not Logged in” I hope that explains the problem.

DavidHi, have you protected the reset password page as well? If you have you need to un-protect this page.
I am tearing my hair out can’t get this to work, the page is unprotected. Is there any workaround? If I could I would remove the “Forgot Password” link on the Login page and then create a form for the client to contact the administrator have his password changed or something along those lines. I f any one has a solution I would love to have it.

DavidHi David sorry to hear about you having problems with this. Try the following newly added add-on. See if this can help you.
If the above add-on does not work for you try the following. Disable all your other plugins except this plugin and any other add-on. Then carry out a test.
I have tried all the suggestions without success my only answer is to have a “Forgot Password” form to submit to admin, he will register the client who will receive an email with their login details and then they can change their password in “Password Reset”. The problem I have with that is that I cannot edit the “Member Login” page to remove the Forgot Password link. Hope someone can help.

I HAVE other problem when my members forget there Pass and ask for it and put there Email NOTHING send !
the setting are OK the plugin send every thing ! the Reset Password NO email receive inbox or junk/spam !
@RobotMarketer, do you have the latest plugin and add-on versions installed? Can you enabled Debug mode and carry out a test yourself? Then check the log file and report back.

I have Version 3.2.8 AND no add-on so far installed
and yes i am enabling Debug mode AND it said

My bad i trusted the member when he said so many times , i Requested to reset the pass and use other email and searched in Different one 🙂 🙂
