    Hi

    I have done a test to join us on this page. http://www.gymwizardsacademy.co.za/membership-join/

    I have not received an e-mail at either address for the address I have “test” registered with nor the admin address has also not received a mail advising of the new membership.

    This is for a free membership. It should work for free or paid though. Point being I am not getting any confirmations if I test it

    I am trying debug now.

    The window after I fill in the form says the following ”
    Please complete the form below to register as a member:
    Thanks for contacting us! We will get in touch with you shortly. ”

    How do I edit this message please?

    hi @kwestfehling. And do you get any standard e-mails from wordpress or other plugins (ex. Contact Form 7)?

    Have you got the following enabled? Send Notification to Admin under Settings -> Email Settings?. Did you also check the link I shared above?

    The send notification to admin is set to my e-mail address – kjell@westech.co.za but it is not going to me it is going to info@gymwizardsacademy.co.za.

    If it is going to a different e-mail address then the problem might be related with another plugin. Try the following disable all your other plugins except this one. Then carry out a test. Make sure you check the log files again. If the log file is empty and the above does not help, disable and delete the plugin. Install a fresh copy of the plugin and carry out another test.

    Hi,
    I disabled all plugins other than Gravity Forms and Fusion core.
    Gravity forms I needed to make the form appear and fusion core otherwise everything is just code.
    Log file was still empty.

    I just carried out a test in my testing site. I signed up as a new Free member and my admin received an e-mail and so did the member. Please read the linked I provided above in relations to e-mail sending issues on your site.
