Hi. A site I look after has had the Simple Membership plugin on it for a number of month but not used, but now trying to get it working. I can not get the Form Builder to build a form! I had one form and wanted to edit it, but couldn’t seem to edit it, so deleted it and now if I create a new form I can not add fields to it. Please suggest what I am doing wrong? The site is http://www.sussextrauma.org
Thanks
Hi, what version of the Form Builder add-on do you currently have installed?
Hi – it’s version 3.2
I was a little frustrated this morning and deleted it. But then to reinstall it I found the version I had originally downloaded as a .zip file. When I reinstalled it it seemed to have saved the data associated with the plugin so that didn’t make any difference.

Hi – the point it, it’s still not working. Should I be on a later version than 3.2, and if so where do I get it? It is not showing as being in need of an update. And if that is the latest version what else can I try to resolve this please?
Thanks
Gavin
Hi, that is an old version. Please go to the following link to download the latest version.
Thank you
Perfect! Thank you. That is working well now.
What is the latest version? Mine is 3.6. I bought this a few weeks ago, but didn’t have time to use it.
I now have the time, but am unable to build a form. It says to click on a field to add it, but nothing happens when I do that. I have de-activated and re-activated, but it is still not possible to add any fields.
Cheers,
JohnF
Hi @JohnF, please click on the link that I provided above. Your current version is old.
Thank you
Many thanks. I’ll let you know if I have further problems, but doubt it.
