People are registering for my site and are being sent confirmation emails from BuddyPress, not Simple Membership.

How do I change it and in the meantime how do I add these Users to the Members list?

    Thank you.

I’m sorry but I can’t find any answers in this thread. That thread is about registration links. I only have two registration links and both go to SM registration page. Registration links are not a problem.

Perhaps I didn’t explain myself clearly. My apologies. What I need to know is this.

I currently have 18 WP Users who have registered with me using SM plugin.
Only 14 of those 18 are showing up as SM Members.

The “Add Member” page of SM only allows me to add new people. I don’t want to add new people. I just want the people who registered and are showing up in WP Users, to also show up in Members.

Hi, thank you for clarifying your question further. Those members that are not showing is because the probably did not click on the registration link sent via e-mail. Go to Settings -> Tools and manually create a registration link for all the members that are not showing up.

Let me know if the above is what you are looking for.

    Thank you

Thank you. I generated the link for three members, then it seemed to poop out and wouldn’t do it anymore but I could see that all the links were the same with the exception of the ID number so I sent the link to the others and just put in the appropriate number.

So far three out of the six have clicked on the link and submitted the registration form, and they have been added to the Members list. I’m sure the other three will do the same when they get around to checking their email. That was obviously the problem.

Now I’m just wondering why this happened with some and not the others. One member said that he had filled in name, email and password and even uploaded his profile pic, but still he hadn’t completed the Form Builder form, so I will go through the registration process again and see if I can figure out what happened. I think they were getting BuddyPress registration not Form Builder Registration.
