I have just notified a few people that the new website is now functional and they have started registering.

I have 11 Users but only 9 Members, and one of those Members shows [incomplete], with instructions in his profile to click on Registration link in email.

I have double-checked with the two missing Members and the one [incomplete], and they all clicked on the link and received an email that says:

    Hi [name],

    Thanks for registering!

To complete the activation of your account, go to the following link: https://christiangaysconnections.com/activate/fb23c82314055ac90d2d802792ff8de8/

Now if I’m not mistaken, this looks like a BuddyPress email and link, not a Simple Membership email and link.

Also, there is a problem of not seeing the Profiles (built with Form Builder Addon). Usually the extra fields are seen in Extended tab of Users, but the only thing showing is Base – Name (required).

    I would appreciate any help.

Hi, in regards to your comment below.

Now if I’m not mistaken, this looks like a BuddyPress email and link, not a Simple Membership email and link.

Do you happen to have BuddyPress set up in your site?

In regards to the profile. can you make sure that both the registration and profile forms exist.

    Thank you

Yes indeed, I do have BuddyPress set up in my site.

re registration and profile forms, yes, I created the registration form in Form Builder, and the Edit Profile form was created automatically.
