Conflict of Membership Level ID's

I put in my basic membership buttons but then realized I’d forgotten one so added it on the end. Because I’m somewhat obsessive compulsive I didn’t like the “wrong” arrangement of levels in the back end so I changed the membership level in phpMyAdmin, but it didn’t change within the plugin.

I have taken screenshots to illustrate but apparently this forum doesn’t allow uploads so I will try to explain.

I have memberships as follows with ID’s as follows. The first ID is as in phpMyAdmin and the second ID# is what shows in the backend of SM -> Manage Payment Buttons.

$2 ID#2 ID#2
$5 ID#3 ID#3
$25 ID#4 ID#4
$50 ID#5 ID#4
$100 ID#6 ID#5

Note that we are good until $50 which has the same membership ID as $25
$100 has $50 ID in SM
