ParticipantI am having trouble getting my pages to stay protected. The posts are fine I check all the necessary boxes and when I click on a protected post I can’t view it. With pages I check the “yes, protect” and select the member levels but anyone is able to access. Not sure how to troubleshoot this one. Any help would be appreciated~

KeymasterWhen you go back and edit the page in question, do you see those protection settings saved with that page?

ParticipantI am having the same issue as well, where I select the protect button on a page and select the membership levels that should only see that page. I update the page and the settings go back to not protecting the page and none of the membership levels are clicked.
I’m still going through al the posts in the forum to find a solution. But if its has been resolved, I would love to know how to fix it. Thanks!

ParticipantI’m having the precise same issue. Prior to the upgrade to 1.9.5 everything was fine.
I’ve uninstalled the plugin, deleted all the files and re-installed. I’m using Site Origina plugins and on protected pages the images are hidden and the text isn’t. It’s really strange. On post pages, the posts simply show whether users are logged in or not.
Pages are ticked as secure for a group, and after saving I check that the settings remain (and they do!), but the pages remain visible to all.
I’m going to debug now, but any suggestions would be welcome.
regards,
Bob

ParticipantThe problem here is simply that Site Origin widgets and this plugins simply don’t get along. The plugins protects the first column only if it’s a picture and there’s no work around.
The same is true for a normal wordpress page, there’s simply no protection (I’m using wordpress 4.1). It does however successfully protect posts, although there’s an intermittent bug which prevent admins from talking to their website pages. In this case, you have to close the browser and login again, a pain but it does get over the issue.
Any suggestions?

KeymasterWe would like to investigate this issue on your site but logging in as an admin. Is anyone willing to give us temporary access to the site? Let me know if you do and I will email you so you can send me details.
