    We’ve reached that point where some accounts are “Autorenewing”. Paypal is processing recurring subscription payments and back end for WP membership shows renewal payment but the membership is not automatically renewed. We’ve lost a few clients already due to this issue. Is there a solution?

    Hi, sorry to hear about you loosing a couple of clients. Is this happening all the times or it has only happened a couple of times?

    Can you provide some information about the clients it happened too without revealing personal or private information.

    Can you enable Debug Mode and next time it happens again can you check the log file. Report back with any findings in the log file.

    I’m having the same issue. Even after manually changing renewal payment members from Expired To Active, they get returned to Expired after attempting to log in.

    Any suggestions or is it a bug?
