    We use this short code for user to edit or update their info, but it is showing some error message?

    Hi, are you using the Form Builder Add-on? If you are can you confirm that the Form in question also has a profile form created?

    For example if you crated a Premium Membership Form then you should also have a Premium Membership Profile Form created.
