    Hello,
Is the only way to filter for “Account State” by sorting? Unless I did something wrong I was not able to search for all the “inactive” accounts/records. I have over 2000 members and sorting for certain “Account State” would still require that I flip through many pages to find a member who has a certain “Account State”.

Is there a way to quickly filter for all the different “Account States”?

Hi, please check again because I just carried out a test and it is working for me.

    Kind regards

Hi, how did you carry out the test? I am in the “Members” page and when I search for “Inactive” nothing comes up even though I know there are a dozen or so inactive. How are you search or filtering for the different Account States other than sorting and that is unworkable when dealing with 4 states and 1500+ members.
    Thank you.

Hi George, sorry I think I read your original question incorrectly. What I did was sort the accounts by Account State and no you did not do anything wrong. Currently you can’t search by inactive Account State.

These are some of the search queries you can use to search through your members.

company name, city, state, country fields also and email address.

    Thank you

Thank you. FYI, it might just be me but I have 50/50 chance that when I search by email that I will find the record. Otherwise I have to use a portion of the email address prior to the @ sign to locate that record. Has anyone else reported that not always can a record be searched for with the entire email?

Hi George, no one has reported this before. You are the first. I will send a message to the plugin developers to investigate further your issue.

    Kind regards

Currently you can click on the “Account State” column header to have the list sorted. That will allow you to see all the members with certain status easily.

We will look at adding an option so you can filter the members list by account status column.

Hi George, can you test the latest version? The feature you requested has been added.

    Thank you
