ParticipantMy members are not receiving the email in step 7 as suggested below:
7. The member will receive an email that contains a “special” link to complete the registration.
Any suggestions for getting this to work?
Thanks,
PamNovember 21, 2015 at 8:28 am #4098mbrsolution
ModeratorHi Pam, can you enable Debug Mode. Then check the log file when someone signs up again. Or you can create a test account and then check the log file to see what the plugin reports.

InactiveHi mbrsolution
Thank for your supporting.
I have same trouble as PAM’s below question.
My members are not receiving the email in step 7 as suggested below:
7. The member will receive an email that contains a “special” link to complete the registration. Now, New Members finish paypal subscription but they have not have received username and password.
Do “email that contains a special link” have registration form and automatically send to new subscriber’s e-mail address?
If possible, please could you let me see sample of “email that contains a “special link “?November 21, 2015 at 11:42 am #4101mbrsolution
Moderator@sharoushiCH did you set up PayPal IPN? Can you also enable Debug Mode. When someone signs up again can you check the log file. Or you can sign up with a test account, then check the log file.
Thank you

InactiveNo setting and default.
I’m referring following coment in PayPal IPN.
The IPN feature is enabled by default so if you have never changed the setting, you shouldn’t need to do anything. If the plugin is not receiving payment notifications from PayPal then check your IPN settings to make sure it is enabled.
I think this IPN is message for adminstor (me/seller) but I have trouble for message for customer (buyer).
So I have confusion why you ask me to check IPN setting. Please let me know more detail?

ModeratorHi the PayPal IPN is needed so that PayPal and this plugins communicate with your website. This allows you to receive payment in PayPal. As a rule I always encourage people to set up PayPal IPN with membership and shopping cart plugins when using PayPal.
