hi, i am getting the same errors as other when i try to do sandbox testing error 3005 and when i try to use a credit card
i get The link you have used to enter the PayPal system is invalid. Please review the link and try again.
have debug mode enabled not messgaes, have ipn notification set up to my homepage. i have followed other threads where the same issue comes up but they dont say how they resolved. any help
also, do i need to set up the advanced variable — notify_url=http://www.mysit.com/?swpm_process_ipn=1
custom=subsc_ref=2
i also read a link you posted about playing in the sandbox.. it says to change the email to the sandbox email ? where would that be done
at the top of the sandbox account it has my real email address and i think this should be the sandbox test business address ?
i figured it out.. to all those who have this issue.. you need to set up the sandbox business email and not your regular paypal email..
ok, i can now get the paypal working in sand box. what i am unclear of hear is how the user gets the registration email ? is this only for live accounts or can this be simulated
OK i am now almost there… i was able to put in the thank you page in the URL and get back to the site and then get the message Click on the following link to complete the registration.
Click here to complete your paid registration
however when i click this i end up on my home page..
