    Hi,

    Is there a way to approve all pending users and send them the email? If not, is there any work around for this so my client doesn’t have to go through the hassle of manually approving new members one by one?

    Hi have you checked under General Settings. Check to make sure the following Default Account Status is set to Active.

    apart from what mbrsolution said, we don’t support bulk operation yet.

    I need to use the moderation feature.

    Currently we are working on some bug reported recently. once these updates are released, we will work on new features. definitely bulk operation is on our todo list.
