Sorting members/memberships

Would it be possible to update the sorting of members/memberships
Right now it’s only possible to sort them on Id and Username

I’d like a possibility to sort them on all fields, cuz sometimes I only have an email address and putting that in doesn’t find the user and there are more benefits to it like seeing the levels first or the Account State

ID – User Name First Name Last Name Email Membership Level Access Starts Account State
