Can't seem to add user

If I add a user first as wordpress and import using plugin its says its been imported but user not there as member only as wordpress.

If I then try to add member under simple membership the email fields apparently don’t match the wordpress user when they do?

If I try to add straight into simple membership without wordpress it says added and then no record?

Hi can you enable debug mode, carry out another test. Then can you check the log file?

I turned on debug mode – tried to import the user again and then checked the log file.
Log file completely blank

Please help?

Hi try the following make sure the user is deleted from WordPress and the plugin. Then add the user under the plugin only?

When id do as you suggested the following log appears:

[10/07/2015 1:15 PM] – SUCCESS :After login redirection addon. Checking if member need to be redirected.

No member has been added however?
