ParticipantHi, please forgive me in advance for double-posting because I’m going to put this on the WordPress forums as well.
I recently had an organization reach out about organizational rates. The question was whether they could pay a bulk fee and everyone at their organization would be able to access members-only content.
I’d like to automatically apply paid membership to new members, based on the domain name of their email. This plugin already allows whitelisting by domain, So I suspect the functionality is already halfway there. Is there a way I can set this?

KeymasterHi, There isn’t an option to auto-assign a membership level based on the email domain. The whitelisting feature works site-wide: it controls who can register at all, not which level they get. If you whitelisted the organization’s domain, it would also block everyone else from registering on your site.
Here’s a setup that handles organizational access well:
1. Create a new membership level for the organization (for example, “Acme Org Members”) and give it access to the same content as your paid level.
2. Create a registration form for that specific level using the registration form shortcode generator:

This keeps your regular paid registration working as it does now. It also lets you control the organization’s access separately, for example by setting an expiry on that level to match their billing period.
If your entire site is meant only for that organization, the domain whitelisting feature can be used instead:

ParticipantYeah, I think this will work. I’ll give it a try. Thanks!
