I have issues uploading images to someone’s membership account that I have made. the files are saving to the website but not listing on there membership.

SWPM does not provide Discretionary Access Control (DAC) to discrete files stored on your site. It only controls access to pages and posts; that are accessible through WordPress.

So a new member uploads their files when signing up for membership, and it is visible through their membership listing in the admin area, but as soon as we upload a new image e.g., profile photo it does not save to their membership.

Sorry not sure you are getting what i am saying.
I new member upload docs when there fill in the online form. We go in to change this image but it does not save to there membership.
In our main plugin there is no concept or feature of uploading docs/files using any form. Can you share a screenshot maybe so we have a visual reference of the form you are referring to?
