    We probably need to add some information to the automated communication when the members’ UserName and password is shared with them. Which template can we expect to be sent out?

    Everyone’s reasons are different, so there is no standard template; other than the optional “registration complete” email. If you need to, customize THAT template, but remember to change it back after the email(s) have been sent.

    Also, as I previously said; the best practice is to tell members to click the “Forgot Password” link, rather than assigning a password for them.

    What I was really trying to ask was:
    I understand an automatic notification can be triggered as a result if the bulk import. My question is which template is used by the system for that automated notification, or is it a manual notification?

    Use the Settings –> Email Settings –> Registration Complete template.
