    Hello,

We are having an issue with certain fields not saving when new members are created, in particular First Name and Last Name. When users are created these fields are blank, requiring the admin to go back in and re-add them.

So far we have tried to following:

    – Updating the plugin to the latest version: does not work
    – Deactivating all plugins and switching theme: does not work
    – Installing the plugin on a completely fresh WP installation: does work

We have had some database issues in the past (things like auto increment not being enabled), however I’ve compared the swpm_members_tbl table against the fresh install and they both appear to be the same. Is there anything else that could be affecting this?

    Many thanks!

    1. What language is your site using?

    2. Did you allow the plugin to create the tables from scratch, or were they imported from someplace else?

    3. Has there been any recent changes to your hosting, like the site being moved from 1 server to another?

    4. Or any other similarly related information you might have.

    Hi there,

The site is in English. It was actually migrated over to a new domain/WordPress installation last year (albeit on the same host). As such it’s possible that something was not migrated correctly in the database – is there any way to regenerate the tables without losing data? Or otherwise, what is the best course of action in that case?

The best recourse is to contact your hosting provider; because you are paying for their support.

    Who did the migration, BTW?
