[Resolved] Active subscription not detected for the member account with the username:

I set up a fake account and registered myself making a card payment subscription via Paypal.

The amount setting I have is for a 3 month free period converting to monthly collection after 3 months. The process worked smoothly and directed me to a membership profile page to complete. Login and logout works fine and the correct pages are protected.

I’ve set up a cancellation page for members to cancel their own subscription.

When I test this on my own face account, it returns the message as above ‘Active subscription not detected for the member account with the username: (fake name)

I’ve checked my Paypal subscribers page and this member name is definitely subscribed.

Can anyone assist?
